Please keep your proof of purchase (generally a receipt) and details of this warranty.

If in the future you have query with the products please contact your nearest NZHomeware store with a copy of your original proof of purchase.

 

We recommend you use a professional tradesperson to install your product. This ensures that warranty requirements are met during installation and to future proof your bathroom.

 

Statutory Conditions and Warranties

NZHomeware provides a voluntary warranty and applies the Conditions and Warranties required by law.

NZHomeware warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for certain periods from the date of purchase. Subject to the conditions of the warranty, set out below, if the product fails or is otherwise found to be defective in materials or workmanship for any reason within the warranty period and the product is returned to the place of purchase, we will either repair or replace the product free of charge.


 

Warranty Claims

When lodging claims through the warranty form, please ensure the following details are included:-

 

         - Clients details (End User)

         - Must include Proof of Purchase - Place and Date of Purchase (Receipt/Invoice)

         - Stores Original Purchase Order Number

         - Must include Video/Photos of Warranty Issue,describe accurately the problem you have encountered

 

These details will assist us in providing the best service possible. Any missing details could result in delays when processing your claims.

 

 

How to make a claim

Consumers may make a claim under a warranty in thisWarranty by contacting our customer service team.To make a valid claim under a warranty in this Warranty, a consumer must:

Lodge the claim with us as soon as possible and no later than 3 business Daysafter they first become aware of thebreakdown;

Provide reasonable proof ofpurchase;

If the product was installed in a new home, provide handover or equivalentdocumentation;

Provide details relating to the proposed warrantyclaim.

Claims will be processed through NZHomeware’s Customer Service. Each claim will be issued with a claim number which is recorded byNZHomeware.
