Is Auckland pickup free?
Yes, Auckland warehouse pickup is free.
When will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready within 2–7 business days, depending on the products ordered. For example, vanities require assembly and usually take 3–7 business days. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Can I collect my order on the same day?
Some products are available for same-day pickup, subject to stock availability.
Can I view every product in the showroom?
You can view products that are currently on display in our showroom. Not every product is on display.
Can someone collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. Someone else can collect your order for you. Please ensure they have your order details.
Will staff help load my order?
Yes, our team will assist with loading your order into your vehicle.
Can I inspect my order before leaving?
Yes. Please inspect your order before leaving the warehouse to ensure everything is in good condition.
What happens if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your items before collecting them. Any damage must be reported before you leave the warehouse. Damage reported after collection is not covered under warranty.
Do I need to book before visiting?
No booking is required if you are visiting the showroom. If you are collecting an order, please wait until you receive our collection notification before coming.
