Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, suitable for resale.
All tags and packaging are intact. Do NOT stick or write anything on the item's packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return, such as customized items, clearance/final sale items, and products that have been installed or used.

Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to that same card. If you paid via PayPal, it will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Routine Care:
Use a soft cloth or sponge with diluted detergents, then rinse and dry to prevent limescale marks.
Stubborn Stains:
Use a cloth soaked in diluted bleach or alcohol, then rinse well.
Metal Streaks:
Rubbing of metal pans can leave metal particles. Remove with a Scotch-Brite-type brush and detergent.
Do Not:
Use highly alkaline substances (ammonia), place hot pans directly on the sink, or cut food directly on the surface. Use vinegar to remove limescale.
Use a mild household detergent or warm soapy water with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or disinfectants, as these will damage the finish. For non-chrome finishes, clean gently.
Pro Tip:
To ensure optimal performance, clean the tapware aerator and shower outlets every 6 months to dislodge any particles or debris.
Use a mild household detergent or warm soapy water with a soft cloth for everyday maintenance. Do not use water additives such as cleaning or deodorizing additives in cisterns, as they can damage the components.
