FAQ - Product Support

Do I need induction-compatible cookware?
No. This is an infrared ceramic cooktop, so it works with most flat-bottom pans—including iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, glass, and ceramic. No special cookware needed.
What voltage does it require? Can I use it in 120V regions?
This cooktop is rated for 220–240V, 50/60 Hz. It is not compatible with 120V outlets. Please use only where a 220–240V power supply is available.
Why does the fan keep running after I turn it off?
That's normal. The internal fan continues to run for a short time to cool down the internal components,  then automatically shuts off. This is part of the unit's safety design, not a defect.
Does this cooktop produce electromagnetic radiation like induction hobs?
No. It uses infrared heating, which does not generate an electromagnetic field. It also features dual heating rings that can be switched independently—ideal for different pot sizes and cooking styles.
