Cutting & Assembly

Use compound mitre saw with 80+ tooth multi-material blade. Bimetal hole saw for waste outlet.

1. Cut bottom tray 3mm shorter than desired length
2. Cut top grate 1mm shorter than bottom tray
3. Drill waste hole at required position
4. Insert end caps with silicone on inside of tray
5. Secure waste with silicone to underside of tray
