The shower head and hose has had constant daily use and not failed us. The only problem we have is the plastic spray selector has broken off making it harder to change the spray. It still works, so we have not changed it out.

Completely killed water pressure. What was a strong shower became a trickle.

This shower head is designed for a standard mains water pressure system, so it works best under normal household pressure conditions. If the water pressure becomes very low after installation, it may also be related to your existing plumbing setup, flow restrictor, or installation fitting.
